Tuesday 02 March saw the return of our Don't be fooled series on how to analyse information and ask better questions.

Hosted by ABSW Board member Alex O'Brien, Professor Angela Gallop CBE, one of the world’s most eminent forensic scientists shared insights on how with the right knowledge and experience forensic science can help solve even the most complex cases.

Professor Gallop has spent her career searching for the truth. She has worked on thousands of cases providing critical evidence for prosecutions. In many cases her work has helped correct serious miscarriages of justice to exonerate innocent people. The trick is assessing what’s most relevant, and then work out where and how it might be best to look for it, she says.
