Royal Society/ABSW

In association with the Royal Society, the ABSW organises regular briefings on issues in research. At each event, the RS commissions one of the science writers present to produce a report of what went on. This page provides links to many of those reports.

Institute of Physics 

A briefing note based on a seminar and discussion held at the Institute of Physics on Thursday 3 October 2002.

The Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology has the unenviable task of briefing Members of the Houses of Commons and Lords on scientific issues. Many of its reports also contain great information for science writers.
